A man from the Republic of Georgia who, against all odds, survives the horrors of World War II. He then goes on to transform a small coastal town in California through his passion for art, music and living. A composer, musician, conductor and sculptor, Botso was more than any one thing to his students and friends. His wisdom, insight and courage inspired generations of creative beings. His legacy of kindness and concern touched the many hearts and continues to spread throughout the world.

Director/Producer Tom Walters is an award-winning director and producer with over 50 internationally distributed documentary and educational programs to his credit. A honors graduate of California Polytechnic State University, he received additional training at the Sony Institute and at the American Film Institute in Hollywood.
